Quotes

A quote request is not a booking. We look at what you send and reply with a price. The job is booked once you accept that price and we confirm a time. Prices depend on the photos and details you give us; if what's on site is very different, we'll tell you before we load anything.

What we don't take

Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical waste, or anything illegal to haul. For evictions, you must have legal possession of the unit before we remove anything.

What we collect

When you call or message us for a quote, we keep the details and photos you send so we can price and schedule the job. We don't sell it or share it for marketing. We may share the job details with the crew that does the work. Want your request deleted? Call or text us and we'll remove it.

Visitor counting

To see how many people visit, each page sends a tiny ping to our own server with only the page path. No cookies, no third-party trackers, and we never store your IP address or browser info. A visitor is counted with a one-way code built from those details plus a secret that changes every day, so we can count today's visitors but can't follow anyone across days. Raw page hits are deleted after 35 days. We also count taps on our call and WhatsApp buttons, as plain totals.
